How do I create an account?

Go to datacharya.in and click on Login / Register. Enter your email ID and set a password to sign up. Once registered, you can browse and enroll in our courses.

How to use Access Codes?

After enrolling or using an access code, the course will appear in your My Courses section. Click on the course to start watching lectures and accessing study materials.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Make sure you are logged in with the same email used during purchase or access code redemption. Check your My Courses section. If the course is still missing, email us at help@datacharya.in and we'll resolve it within 1–2 business days.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

Click on Forgot Password on the login screen. A new password will be sent to your registered email. If the issue still persists, email us at help@datacharya.in with your registered email ID and issue details.

How to report an issue on the app?

For any technical issues, drop an email at help@datacharya.in with a brief description of the problem and your registered email ID. Our team will get back to you shortly.
